PAYMENT:

A deposit of 25% is required at the time of reservation. The remaining balance is due 3 months (90 days) before your stay

For long-term rentals, an additional $150 cleaning fee will be charged per month. Cleaning will be scheduled between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., and access to the villas will be required.

SECURITY DEPOSIT:
A refundable security deposit of $500 is required. This may be placed as a credit card hold and will be released within 10 days after checkout, once the villa has been cleaned and inspected.

CANCELLATION:

• All cancellations must be made in writing.
• If you cancel more than 90 days before your stay, 10% of the total rental fee will be kept as a service fee; the remainder will be refunded.
• If you cancel between 90 and 30 days before your stay:
• If the property is fully re-rented, 10% will be kept as a service fee and the rest refunded.
• If partially re-rented, a partial refund will be given based on the re-rented portion.
• If not re-rented, payments will be retained up to the full rental amount.
• If you cancel less than 30 days before your stay, all payments will be retained.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance (e.g., InsureMyTrip at 800-487-4722) or exploring other providers online.

PARTIES/VISITORS:
Parties and visitors not listed on the Rental Agreement are not permitted in the villas or on the property.
