PAYMENT: A deposit of 25% is required at the time of reservation, The balance is due three (3) months prior to occupancy, (4) months for multiple weeks and (6) months prior for holiday periods. For long term rentals, additional fees of $150 for cleaning, will be required after the first two weeks of occupancy, and every two weeks thereafter. Date and time of cleaning will be scheduled and access to the Villas will be required from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: We require a security deposit of $500 per week or part of a week; it will be returned as soon as the house has been cleaned and checked out after the guests' departure.
CANCELLATION: Should you wish to cancel your reservation, for any reason, notice of cancellation must be made in writing. We will do our best to re-rent the property. If a cancellation notice is received more than 90 days prior to occupancy date, 10% of the total rental fee will be deducted and the balance of all payments will be refunded. If a cancellation notice is received less than 90 days but more than 30 days prior to occupancy date, and the property is totally re-rented, 10% of the total rental fee will be deducted as a service fee and the balance of all payments will be refunded. If the property is partially re-rented, a partial amount of the payment will be refunded. If the property is not re-rented, all payments will be retained up to the full amount of the rental. If a cancellation notice is received less than 30 days prior to occupancy date, all payments will be retained up to the full amount of the rental. If you think that you may have to cancel, we recommend that you purchase travel insurance. Parties and People not listed on the Rental Agreement are not permitted in the Villas or the property.
SERVICES AVAILABLE: We can provide contact information for activities, extra cleaning, laundry services, and transportation to and from airports.
